Before first use

Rinse the earplugs with clean water and dry them with a clean cloth before first use.

How to insert them

1. Hold the earplug between your thumb and forefinger, with the thinnest part facing forward.
2. Gently insert it into the ear canal, without forcing it.
3. Adjust it by turning it slightly half a turn while pushing, until it fits the shape of your ear well.
4. Check that it holds firmly but without causing pressure or pain — you should feel an immediate reduction in ambient noise.

How to remove them

Pull gently while slightly twisting the earplug, without jerking, to preserve ear comfort.

Maintenance

• Clean the earplugs after each use with clean water (no solvent or alcohol).
• Let them air dry before storing them.
• Do not expose to a direct heat source (radiator, hairdryer).

Storage

Always store the earplugs in their portable case after use, away from dust, to prolong their lifespan and avoid misplacing them.
