General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made on the website https://sova-shop.store/, operated by SOVA, a micro-enterprise registered under SIRET number 878 452 804, with its registered office at 16 ALL. DES GENETS 38100 Grenoble

Article 2 - Products

The products offered for sale are presented with as precise a description as possible on the website. The photographs illustrating the products are not contractually binding.

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. As a micro-entrepreneur benefiting from the VAT exemption scheme, VAT is not applicable (Article 293B of the General Tax Code).

Article 4 - Order

Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. The customer receives an order confirmation by email at the address provided during the purchase.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. Accepted payment methods are: Credit Card and Paypal.

Article 6 - Delivery

Delivery times are given as an indication when placing the order and vary depending on the destination. Estimated average time: Between 7 and 10 days.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to support@sova-shop.store.

Article 8 - Guarantees

The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Article 10 - Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

Article 11 - Mediation

Article 12 - Applicable Law

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
